Redito and Cuevas Fight for First Win

With less than ten days until PREMIER VII: Kratos vs Dutra, “The Filipino Dynamo” John Redito (0-3) and Will Cuevas (0-1) are prepared to go one-on-one as they both search for their first win at PREMIER.

Though he hasn’t yet secured his first victory at PREMIER, “The Filipino Dynamo” John Redito has never given up without a fight. In his latest showing against “The Golden Boy” Dylan Drake (3-3), Redito put up a tough defense against the veteran from San Francisco. It wasn’t until a missed takedown that John Redito found himself locked into the infamous “Bay to Breaker” Sharpshooter and tapped out for the loss. This would be “The Filipino Dynamo’s” third loss and third defeat by submission. Desperately searching for a win, he now faces an opponent without a notable lock finisher – a potential advantage for Redito.

A former Marine and referee, Will Cuevas arrived at PREMIER with an extensive combat background. It was no secret that the man who had officiated the main event at PREMIER II was in training to be a wrestler himself. PREMIER President John LaRocca acted on this knowledge and set up a match for Cuevas against “Ace” Buddy Royal (2-2). Will Cuevas too would put up a valiant effort but eventually fell to the world-renowned Figure Four Leglock. It’s now up to Cuevas to storm the beaches and earn his first victory against a hungry opponent.
