Ruiz and Pedroza Fight to Break .500

PREMIER is excited to announce a match between two of the toughest Athletes on our roster. Nick Ruiz (3-3) and “El Pistolero” Julio Pedroza (2-2) are set for action at PREMIER VII: Kratos vs Dutra.

One of the original PREMIER Athletes, Nick Ruiz has remained consistently on the Top 10 list. He’s seen some of his toughest matches in the Gilroy ring, including a pair of all-out brawls against “The Metalhead Maniac” Sledge (3-3) and a number one contender’s match against current NXT Superstar Tony Briggs (PREMIER record retired). At PREMIER VI: Cobb vs Kratos, Ruiz faced off against newcomer “The Butcher” Tyler Bateman (0-1). In a fight where Nick was focused solely on winning, he would eventually make his opponent tap out to the Fujiwara armbar. Now he returns to action in the hopes of climbing back to the top of the PREMIER leaderboard.

“El Pistolero” Julio Pedroza is one of the most unpredictable PREMIER Athletes. As tough as he is fast, Julio can find a number of ways to defeat you. Most favorably is his TKO “Pistol Rack,” which he most recently delivered to “The Iron Idol” Idris Jackson (0-1) in early August. Now “El Pistolero” as he’s known across this great nation is set for action in a match that is too close for any predictions. Pedroza won’t be pulling any punches in a match where victory will put him in the Top 5 at PREMIER.

Only one of these men can walk out of the I.F.D.E.S. Lodge – Portuguese Hall above .500. Will it be the technical master Nick Ruiz or the wild-firing Julio Pedroza? Find out for yourself on November 22nd in Gilroy, CA! Tickets are on sale now at Showclix for just $10 each! That’s a whole $5 off the door price when you buy in advance.

Doors open at 4:30 pm, first bell rings at 5.
